Welcome to our FAQ. If you cannot find the answer that you're looking for, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com. Please allow some time for us to get back to you as we are a very small team. We do not respond on weekends.
Dinosaur Tales Clothing Co. is a very small, online, girls boutique. We offer modern, trendy, age appropriate designs for your children at a price you'll absolutely love. All of our products are carefully made with ethically sourced products and using only fair trade hands. We pride ourselves on these two things.
What is the quality of your products?
We pride ourselves on using only quality materials that we clothe our own children in. Our products are stretchy, soft, and so comfortable. Our products are generally made from cotton, but there are exceptions.
What is the processing time on my order?
We will process and ship out all ready to ship items within the same business day, as long as your order is received before 3:30pm. We accept no changes, address modifications, cancellations, order alterations, or otherwise after your order has been placed.
What is the processing time on my pre-order?
As they vary depending on the drop, please read the pre-order information carefully as we usually request 4-6 weeks before shipment as these are made to order. All pre-orders are final sale, please ensure you size up correctly when placing your order based on the timelines posted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit, PayPal, Sezzle, and e-transfer. Please take caution if paying with e-transfer as any refunds or credits will be returned via store credit only.
Do you have a pick-up location?
We offer free local pick-up in Barriere, British Columbia.
Where do you ship from?
As of April 21st, we will be shipping all orders from our main location in British Columbia, Canada. We only ship using tracked, expedited shipping. We have no option for lettermail at this time.
How can I find out about shipping delays?
You are encouraged to join our VIP Group on Facebook in order to stay up to date with current delays. We are currently experiencing a backlog at Canadian customs for orders placed prior to our warehouse switch. Canada Post also currently has a delay advisory on their website, we encourage you to monitor both websites for updates.
What are the care instructions?
Our products are pre-shrunk, however as they are generally almost always cotton, we do recommend washing in cold water and either hang dry or lay flat to dry. This will keep the colors vibrant and bold, as well. They do tumble dry okay, but hang drying will ensure that they stay in like-new condition until your child outgrows them. Cotton can shrink in hot temperatures.
Why was I refunded for an item?
If you were refunded for a product, we are out of stock or your item did not pass our final quality inspection. If you receive a refund for one item in your order, the rest of your order will still ship as intended and we cannot make changes.
How can I become a brand rep?
We are not currently seeking brand reps as our spring rep search has closed. Keep an eye out for the next brand rep search!
